Meet the Group Yoga Healer

I walk the path of healing as both a guide and a student of life. I am a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Energy Practitioner devoted to supporting deep remembrance—of balance, wholeness, and the innate wisdom that lives within your body and spirit. With a background in nursing and the lived experience of being a special-needs mother, I hold a deep reverence for the ways our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies are intimately woven together.

My journey into energy work began in 2018 with my first Reiki initiations and unfolded further in 2020 when I became a certified yoga teacher with Honor Yoga. Since then, I have continued to study and receive teachings in Shamanic Reiki, 13th Octave Reiki sound healing, and other sacred modalities that honor both the ancient and the intuitive.

As a healer, I create sacred spaces for restoration and release. My offerings include personalized Reiki sessions, soul-nourishing workshops, and immersive healing retreats. Each experience is gently guided through a blend of Reiki, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, aromatherapy, and crystal energy—inviting the nervous system to soften and the spirit to come home.

My philosophy is rooted in empowerment. Healing is not something done to you—it is something awakened within you. Whether you are seeking grounding, emotional clearing, or spiritual expansion, I am here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner healer and remember your natural state of harmony.
