Qigong (often spelled Qi Gong) is an ancient Chinese healing and cultivation practice that integrates gentle movement, breath regulation, and focused intention to cultivate and balance Qi—the body’s vital life force. It is both a preventive health system and a method for restoring energetic and physiological harmony.
Regular Qigong practice strengthens the body’s natural resilience, promotes mental clarity, and fosters emotional stability. By aligning movement, breath, and awareness, it encourages a deep sense of harmony, vitality, and overall well-being.

Meditation Instructor
Dimitri Ehrlich is a fitness trainer, meditation instructor, martial arts expert, and boxing coach with over 30 years of experience. Dimitri teaches boxing, kickboxing, Tai Chi, and self-defense privately. In addition, he is a kickboxing instructor at Valor MMA in New York City and a boxing coach at Tom Kim’s Shingsung boxing gym.
Dimitri has been featured in “Inside Kung Fu” magazine and provided martial arts choreography for MTV’s workout series. He has fought competitively as part of the Eastern United States Kung Fu Federation and also trained extensively in Muy Thai under masters in Thailand.
