Parveen, is a breathwork instructor and facilitator, certified teacher, and certified Wim Hof Method instructor devoted to helping people reconnect with the power of their breath. She leads breathwork classes in Greenwood Lake, NY, and hosts community events and workshops where participants learn how to breathe effectively, explore cold exposure, and strengthen their mindset. Her approach is simple, practical, and deeply transformative—giving people tools they can use immediately in their everyday lives.

With a strong background in education, Parveen is especially passionate about working with students and educators—helping them regulate their nervous system, find calm, and feel more in control of their energy, emotions, and focus.
