Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is a gentle, meditative movement practice originating from Chinese martial and healing traditions. It combines slow, flowing movements with mindful awareness and controlled breathing to cultivate balance, vitality, and internal harmony.
Through continuous, relaxed movements, Tai Chi trains the body to move efficiently while calming the nervous system. The practice supports physical stability, smooth energy flow, and mental clarity, encouraging a deep sense of grounded presence and sustainable well-being in daily life.
